This kit is budget-friendly and generous with quantity. Twenty pieces give you flexibility: experiment with placement, replace the odd piece, or apply accents on a second vehicle or helmet. Higher-end alternatives usually offer pre-curved arcs sized for specific rim diameters and use stronger adhesives; they install quicker and tend to resist lifting on tighter curves, but you’ll pay for that convenience.

When installed with care—clean surface, warm application, gentle handling for the first day—they look good in daylight and pop under headlights, and they largely stay put through ordinary weather and washing.

I wouldn’t recommend them if you need a completely maintenance-free solution in harsh conditions, or if your rims are textured/matte and you’re unwilling to use heat or an adhesion promoter. In those cases, a premium, pre-curved reflective tape will serve you better. But for the price, flexibility, and the included spares, these deliver a practical upgrade that’s easy to live with and easy to refresh when a piece eventually needs replacing.
